Our first group exercise class was a outdoor bootcamp on Winns Common in 2013, located on the outskirts of the Royal Borough of Greenwich. We believe in living a life full of joy, gratitude, and good health. We focus on helping clients improve their level of health and fitness. BOOTCAMP

 Bootcamp runs in 6 week cycles with an interval of 1 weeks rest. The overall goal is to improve an individuals fitness abilities while also promoting healthy eating to lead towards a more healthier and stress free lifestyle. Our indoor and outdoor bootcamp classes incorporate all five components of fitness including cardio, strength, flexibility, muscle endurance an balance.
