These short workouts are ideal for all levels of fitness from novice to advanced. They are designed to be done anywhere at anytime of day. A timer/stopwatch is the only equipment needed. This short training program consists of cardio as well as strength work which is performed using your own bodyweight. These exercises will help you improve or maintain your fitness level especially if you are away from home or unable to attend your regular Bootcamp classes. Always remember to stay hydrated before and during exercise and consult a doctor or health professional before starting a new training program.
